While Chapter 13 debtors had a right to freely amend their schedules to add omitted creditors, they could not, by adding these omitted creditors after the claims bar date had passed and a plan had been confirmed, seek to discharge their debts to the creditors without affording the creditors an opportunity to file claims or to protect their rights. The debtors' goal of discharging their debts to the creditors could not be accomplished at the price of the creditors' due process rights.
